KD Developers are project managers and consultants for land lords of 78 acres of land in Canacona, Loliem, Goa. The project is to develop a 300+ key luxury resort along with branded residences in Goa. The proposed total constructed area of the project is 240,000 sq. ft.

KD developers was also involved getting all licenses approvals from all the various agencies in Goa like Town and Country Planning, Department of Land Survey, Department of Land Records amongst many other agencies.
The group successfully raised upto USD 4mn of equity for Rester corporation to develop a luxury condo at Harlem, 116th Street. The total project cost was $23mn with construction of 30 units of total construction of 27,562 sq. ft. Construction is full swing and project expected to be completed by 2020.
Developed luxury second homes in Uksan Lonavala. The project was to develop 6 luxury lake front homes. The total land area is 6.5 acres and 6 units with a plot size of half an acre each and a constructed bungalow of approx. 6000 sq. ft. The project is complete and here are some pics.
